The Leadership Training session is a 3 week session.  This session will blend Camp Lebanon’s traditional camp style with several off-site trips during the first two weeks.  Also, attendees will be trained in every aspect of camp, from how to wash dishes to counseling and everything in between. 

The third week attendees will be matched up with a counselor to put their new counseling skills to use as they work along-side a trained counselor.  This session will help teach self-confidence, public speaking skills, decision making skills and many other life skills. 

After completion of the three week program each camper will receive a:

• Certificate of Completion of 100 volunteer hours
• Letter of Reference
• Automatic raise in salary if ever hired by Camp Lebanon
• Camp Photo
• Staff Shirt
